We decided to spruce up the holiday plans this year and spend Christmas Eve day in Boston. When the opportunity arose to stay Monday night at The Hilton Boston Back Back, I was even happier. What could be better than waking up on Christmas Eve in beautiful Boston with the family? Well, The Hilton far exceeded my expectation and truly defines hospitality. After some initial confusion about my reservation, Mariah at the hotel promised me a great trip, and she was not lying. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday and I even saw one of my favorite spots in the lobby!

|I love these markers!|
That’s right, the hotel left each one of The Monsters a coloring book, crayons, and a pack of markers. I was wowed. Normally, unless you are at some sort of theme park resort, hotels make kids seem like a nuisance, not something to be welcomed with open arms (and markers!) The coloring book was adorable and personalized to the hotel itself.

How gorgeous is that? We were starving so headed literally just across the street to Copley Place to grab some dinner. The hotel is so close to so many dining and shopping options that you could easily take the T in and walk everywhere (the hotel does have a parking garage though.) Proximity is one more thing that makes this hotel perfect for travel with little ones. When we got back, I was wowed again.

The hotel had provided us with this sweet tray of treats, again, completely geared towards kids, not excluding them. We did some nibbling and then headed down for a swim.
